Overview
In an effort to improve the onboarding experience, we are excited to unveil the A2P Fast Track Program. This innovative feature significantly reduces the approval time for A2P campaigns from 7-10 days to no more than 3 working days. Through partnerships with Telephony Providers and TCR, we are committed to streamlining the onboarding process for all Connectly customers, facilitating the launch of campaigns in a quicker, more efficient manner.
Starting from November 1st, 2024
All users, including new and existing sub-accounts that utilize the Native Phone System (formerly known as LC Phone), will automatically become part of the A2P Fast Track Program.
Billing Changes
Several changes are being implemented in our billing system:
- A new billing category “A2P Fastrack” is being introduced.
- Each campaign submission will now automatically incur an extra charge of $3 for sub-accounts to cover Fast Track processing. Agencies will be charged at a rate of $2.85 per campaign.
- These charges are integrated into the A2P charges (updated in the UI interfaces) to help prevent any confusion.
- In line with A2P charges, there will be no Phone Rebilling Markup applicable to this new category. Instead, it will undergo rebilling with a standard markup of 5%.
