When an agency ends their contract with Connectly, we will continue to hold the A2P and numbers for all the related accounts for a 14 day period. If the agency does not reactivate their account within this timeframe, we will proceed with clearing all of the numbers and A2P. This will be a permanent action and cannot be reversed.

Regulatory Bundle v2

We have enhanced the design and user experience of our Regulatory Bundle and address submission. These changes make it more intuitive for our customers to enter their information and minimize the inconvenience of submissions.

MCTB (Missed Call Text Back)

Prior to our recent updates, MCTB messages were sent from the default number, regardless of which number the customer had originally called. With our new system, we will send the MCTB from the number that was called. If that number cannot send SMS messages, we will make use of the default number as a secondary option.
