What’s New?
We’ve introduced a new feature which allows Connectly users to add and monitor notes for individual appointments. These notes can be viewed, edited, and removed in the Appointment Modal. This information will also appear in the Notes section under the Contacts & Conversations tab.
Additional notes entered through two-way sync for third-party calendars (like Google or Outlook) will be reflected in the system automatically. Along with this, responses from bookers in the “Additional Information” field of the default booking form can now be seen in the appointment’s notes section for easier access.
How to Use?
– Navigate to the Appointment Modal and choose the Notes Tab.
– Click on Add Note, input the details, and then hit Save.
– Notes will display the name of the user who added them as well as the timestamp.
– You are also able to edit or remove notes as necessary.
