2. Smart Filters: Customize your workflow using smart filters based on:
- Spam Detection: Manage flagged reviews automatically without clogging your workflow.
- Review Source: Utilize this filter to differentiate between reviews coming from Google or Facebook.
- Review Rating: Implement particular actions in response to the review rating, making certain suitable responses for every situation.
3. Streamlined Response Process: Assign review details such as ratings and content to different automated actions. It allows you to automatically send follow-up emails, request more feedback, or escalate issues without the need for manual input!
Note: This ‘Review Received’ trigger is contactless, meaning the reviews are not associated with any specific contact.
How to Get Started:
- Go to your Workflow section and create or edit a workflow.
- Select the “Review Received” trigger.
- Use filters like Spam, Source, and Rating.
- Arrange your actions and save your workflow!
