We are thrilled to unveil new updates that will aid in the easy elimination of spam content from users in Connectly community groups.
Option to erase all content of the user while banning
When trying to ban a user from a Connectly community, group administrators will now have the option to erase all the content shared by that individual.
This will facilitate group administrators to eliminate spam content posted by users in a single stroke instead of having to delete each post/comment one by one.
Guide to delete all spam content of a user
- Access the member’s tab within the group
- Search for the user intended to be banned
- Select the 3 dots on the individual’s profile and choose ‘ban from group’ from the menu.
- In the confirmation modal, tick the checkbox to delete all content shared by the user intended to be banned.
