- The ability to embed feedback forms like NPS, ratings, and like/dislike directly into your emails.
- The option to add a direct link to pre-designed forms (forms designed on your platform).
- All submission data is accessible in the campaign statistics segment.
- Submissions from pre-designed forms direct users to the correlating pages.
Benefits:

- An opportunity to gather knowledge about your contacts’ sentiments and overall campaign performance.
How to Use:
- Navigate to the Email Marketing section.
- Create a new campaign.
- Add a form element.
- Choose the type of feedback you would like to gather (NPS, ratings, etc.).
- Customize your form’s design and settings as per your requirements.
- Name the form in the Title field. (This title will be shown in the submission tab of the campaign statistics)
- Assign a personalized success page following form submission.
- Send your campaign and keep track of the feedback through Campaign Statistics.
- Visit the Submissions tab for detailed entries.
- Export the list of respondents if necessary.
- For pre-designed forms, you can go straight to the submission page.
Note: As of now, this feature is exclusively available for email marketing campaigns.
