We have enhanced our Ad Manager Statistics section with added details to provide relevant details to the users and enhance their ad campaign reporting experience.
What’s New?
1. Leads and Sales details
– If the leads or sales values for any campaign is greater than zero, an icon is displayed next to the respective number.
– Upon clicking the leads or sales icon, a pop-up window appears showing the respective ‘Leads’ and ‘Opportunities Closed’ information.
– Both ‘leads’ and ‘opportunities closed’ data can be exported into a .csv file by clicking on the ‘Export’ button.
2. Export function for campaign data has been introduced. Users can now export the data of all campaigns or an individual campaign to a .csv file by clicking on the ‘Export’ button, enabling users to download the metrics data.
3. A new metric column named, “Results” has been introduced to both the All and individual campaign details table. This refers to the number of times an ad achieved a result, aligned with the selected objective.
4. Rectification of the calculated ROI (Return on Investment) and CPL (Cost per Lead) values.
– ROI percentage values are now fixed at two decimal places.
– The formula to calculate CPL is Spend/Leads.
