New Feature Introduction
We are launching a key update that allows agencies to lift temporary messaging restrictions for sub-accounts and provides crucial insight into restrictions caused by crossing opt-out/error rate threshold. This introduction is anticipated to minimize operational slow-downs and enhance user understanding of messaging restrictions.
What’s New?
Notification banners alerting users when a sub-account has experienced a temporary block from sending messages due to exceeding error rate and/or opt-out rate thresholds. The previous “You are now A2P 10DLC compliant” banner in the Phone Numbers section has been replaced with a more informative banner that presents restriction statuses.
Lift Restriction Capability for Agencies
Now, the agency owner and admin can lift the temporary restrictions levied on a sub-account when they breach the error and opt-out rate thresholds. Please note that this feature will be accessible only for agencies who have been with Connectly for at least three months and who are not currently in their trial period. This does not apply to Carrier Suspensions.
In order to provide comprehensive understanding, a detailed modal will outline the implications of removing the suspension. This will include a Consent Check-Box to confirm explicit acknowledgement of the potential risks associated.
Once the suspension is lifted, the sub-account’s messaging abilities will be instantly re-established.
