We’re thrilled to bring you the capability to gather payments for recurring appointments directly from the booking widget. This innovative feature streamlines and simplifies the process of managing payments for these appointments, hence offering greater versatility to users.
Now, you have the privilege of selecting from two payment alternatives:
- Collect Payment for the Initial Appointment Only: The payment for the first appointment in the sequence is gathered, with manual collection needed for any following appointments.
- Collect Payment for All Appointments: The total cost for all appointments in the sequence is gathered upfront. The final cost may differ based on the actual number of appointments reserved, as per your availability configurations.
Kindly Note: Partial payments are not supported for recurring appointments.
How to Use?
- Choose the calendar you wish to set up.
- Ensure recurring meeting function is activated and your default payment provider is in place.
- Under the Forms and Payments tab, pick either ‘Collect Payment for First Appointment Only’ or ‘Collect Payment for All Appointments’ and then press Save.
