We are delighted to introduce the brand new Internal Comments feature, created to help teams and individuals to work together more efficiently and manage their discussions more effectively by adding private, internal comments to conversations. Internal comments allow you to exchange information, get feedback, review your responses, and ensure critical updates and insights are present seamlessly within the conversation thread.
What’s New?
You now have the ability to add internal comments to help teamwork when in discussions with your contacts. These comments will only be visible to users and will not be accessible by the contact, ensuring private and hassle-free communication.
- Internal Comments: Add internal comments during conversations. These comments are hidden from the contact, ensuring communication amongst users remains private.
- Mention Users: Tag colleagues in internal comments by typing @ followed by their name.
- Mentioning a user in a discussion adds them as a follower and allows them complete access to the contact and conversation, even if they only had data access assigned earlier.
- Filters: Use the Mentions quick filter to promptly discover all discussions where you or a certain user have been mentioned.
- In a single conversation, use the Internal Comments filter to only see the internal comments, offering quick access to all comments sequentially.
- Notifications: Get alerts whenever someone mentions you in an internal comment or when new messages emerge on discussions where you have been mentioned.
