Enhanced CRM Call Logging and Status Tracking Features Introduced

What’s New?

– You can now log external calls to the CRM using the Inbound Message API. The phone numbers of both the receiver and the dialer are required to log an external call.

– Call recording URLs can also be included as attachments in the API when logging calls.

– Call statuses can be updated using the Update Message Status API.

– Connectly has introduced new call-related statuses: Answered, Busy, Canceled, Completed, and No-answer.

By logging external calls, you can ensure that every interaction is recorded, providing a complete view of customer engagement.
