Exciting New Feature: Email Notification Configuration
We are thrilled to announce the rollout of the Email Notification Configuration feature, located in the Phone Integration section. This feature upgrade is designed to provide agency owners and administrative staff with the advanced control you need to determine who receives imperative email notifications regarding Messaging Restrictions, A2P Registration, and TF Verification.
What’s New?
1. New “Email Notifications” Tab
We have added a dedicated tab under Phone Integration for configuring email recipients. This tab is accessible to all agency owners, admins, and users. Note that this tab will only be visible to agencies that have at least one sub-account in the LC Phone System.
2.Customizable Notification Recipients
By default, all agency owners are listed as recipients. Now, the list of recipients can be edited, and up to 4 more recipients can be added on top of the agency owner. All vital email notifications, such as those for Messaging Restrictions, A2P Registration, and TF Verification, will follow this designated configuration.
3.UI & Experience Updates
Enjoy a more intuitive UI experience when adding or removing email addresses under the new “Email Notifications” tab. Additionally, we have added guidance for restricted functionalities based on tooltips.
How to Access The New Feature?
1. Navigate to the phone integration tab under settings in the agency view.
2. You will find the new email notifications tab next to the sub-account settings.
