Introducing the New Troubleshoot Option in Facebook Integration and UI Enhancements
We are happy to present an innovative Troubleshoot option in Facebook integration, complemented by several improvements, to offer a more comprehensive use of Facebook features.
UI Enhancements on Facebook Integration Card:
- Moved Settings and Disconnect button to three dot menu to make the integration view neat and uncluttered
- Introduced a warning icon on the integration if the Forms are not mapped, with a link to redirect to Facebook Form Field Mapping.
- Rolled out a warning icon on the integration if there are missing permissions, and notify users to ‘Troubleshoot’ their connection.
- Included a Troubleshoot option to debug missing permissions and other related issues of Facebook integration, and also to Sync leads for multiple Facebook Pages.
Troubleshoot:
Flow: Sub-account >> Integration >> Facebook integration card >> Troubleshoot
Missing Permissions:
- Users can now identify which permissions are disenabled and how these deactivated permissions will influence the integration features
Missing Pages:
- A link to the Facebook document is provided for easy reference, to resolve issues in case some pages are not visible for selection.
Sync Leads:
- The sync leads feature can sync the unprocessed Facebook Leads for all the mapped forms, for all the pages of the sub-account.
- User can select the duration from the dropdown to sync the Facebook Form Leads.
- Before initiating the sync leads in the final step, users will be shown a modal with all the information related to the sync leads function.
