We are excited to share our newest advancements for conversations on the mobile app!
We’ve improved your conversational experience on the mobile platform by introducing some tweaks. These include refining the view for AI-powered conversations, giving you the capacity to request a review right on the conversations screen, and enhancing the visibility of external call logs.
This enhanced interface is now available on Connectly, LeadConnector, and white-labeled mobile applications (upon request).
What’s New
- The function of selecting conversation AI has been amplified to provide a comprehensive view of the complete response generated by the AI before your selection.
- You can now directly send a review request to a contact from the conversation window of that particular user.
- All external calls made to a contact can now be seen inside the conversation window of that contact.
How It Works
- Navigate to conversations on the mobile app. Open the conversation window of any of your ongoing conversations.
- As the conversation AI begins to devise replies, you can unfold the bottom sheet to view the complete text for each generated response.
- You then have the option to select the most suitable answer.
- Additionally, by tapping on the ‘+’ button at the bottom of the chat screen, you can opt to send a review request.

This update enhances your mobile conversation experience, hence refining the overall usability.
