About Printful Integration:

Printful is a well-known on-demand printing and fulfilment service that enables businesses to generate customized products without the need to handle inventory, production, or shipping. Incorporating Printful with your Ecommerce shop can streamline your business processes and enrich the products available in your store. Any updates in the Printful store concerning product creation, deletion, updates or deliveries are directly synchronized to your Ecommerce shop.

Why is this important?

  2. This lays the groundwork for other third-party developers to use our Marketplace Architecture to create integrations and expand the list of supported integrations

How to integrate with your online store ?

  1. Store proprietors can install the Printful app from the App Marketplace. Following app installation, customers need to connect their Connectly sub-account to their Printful shop.
  2. Store proprietors can import their Printful Products into their Connectly products after successful authorisation. Imported products in Connectly will need to be manually activated to publish in the online store.
  3. Users can place orders for Printful products in the online store after the store proprietors publish the products. Orders received for Printful products will be synchronized with the Printful account.
  4. On the fulfilment from Printful, users will get an email alert with the shipping details.

Functionalities of the Printful Integration:

  1. Product Import: Import all your products from a given Printful store to your chosen Connectly eCommerce store location without any hassles.
  2. Product Synchronization: Sync your products between Printful and your eCommerce shop, ensuring real-time updates for creation, alterations, and deletions.
  3. Order Creation: Automatically create orders in the connected Printful shop whenever an order is placed in your eCommerce shop.
  4. Order Fulfilment Sync: Maintain your order fulfilment status updated by syncing shipping info from Printful to your eCommerce store, which includes partial and complete fulfilments.
  5. Notification based on order status: Once the order is fulfilled either partially or completely, the users will receive notifications via email. The shipping details will be provided by Printful.

Things to Note:

  • During this phase, while importing the Products, the Description will not be imported from Printful due to Printful Store Limitations
  • Users should publish the products with care and after verifying, as some products are only delivered to specific locations. This information will be available in the product catalogue of Printful
  • The shipping address should be accurate for the order to be synced with Printful; if the delivery information is incorrect, the order will not be created or synced in Printful
