Previously, the search bar in the builder, designed to find actions and triggers, was limited to searching based on the names stored in the backend.
We’ve implemented valuable enhancements to the Search Bar to better the user experience and amplify the visibility of the actions and triggers.
What’s New?
Advanced Search Features. You can now search on the following criteria:
- “Categories” – By typing a category name in the search bar, you can effortlessly locate all actions or triggers within that category.
- “Tags” – We’ve assigned tags to actions and triggers, allowing for tailored search results based on these identifiers. For instance, entering “Chat” in the search bar will bring up the GPT action in the search results.
- “Name” – The original name search function persists but we’ve expanded it to include both front-end and back-end names, granting you even more flexibility.
Prioritized Results:
To assist you in swiftly finding the most pertinent options, we’ve ordered the search results as follows:
- Exact Name Matches: If your search term is an exact match with an action or trigger name, it will be shown first.
- Matching Tags: Actions and triggers with matching tags will be displayed next.
- Category Matches: Lastly, actions and triggers that belong to your searched category will populate the results.
