Private Integrations are now accessible in Labs for Sub-accounts.
What is New?
Private Integrations, in simple terms, is a robust yet safe alternative to API Keys.
How does Private Integrations proves to be better than API Keys?
- More secure: Sub-account users can limit the scopes/permissions that a developer can access on their accounts
- Feature-rich: Private Integrations lets sub-accounts access API v2.0, that comprises more API features and Webhooks.
- Easy to Manage: Sub-accounts can stick to token management – security best practices using ‘Rotate and Expire Now/Later’ features.
Why was this feature necessary?
The primary purpose behind this feature is to enable customers who currently use custom integrations built on top of API v1 to migrate to API v2.
