Control for Subscriptions in Client Portal

Manage all your subscriptions, invoices, and transactions in one convenient location. From canceling, reviewing, or filtering your subscriptions, all the options are just a click away.

Cancel Subscriptions with Ease

Canceling a subscription is now easier than ever, and can be done directly from the management page. This means no more navigating through multiple screens. Note that canceling a community subscription will revoke access to communities, and canceling a course subscription will revoke access to courses.

Comprehensive Invoice Management

You can now view and download your invoices at any time for convenient access to your billing details, payment history, or transaction summaries.

Filter by Source, Status, and Date

Enhanced filtering options allow you to quickly find subscriptions and transactions based on their source, status, or a specific date range. This helps in staying organized and providing a clear overview of your billing history.

Revamped Settings Page with Enhanced UI Design

We’ve updated the settings page to reflect a user-friendly design for a more intuitive experience. It now has improved accessibility and a sleek interface, making the management of your account simpler than ever.

Subscriptions View Permission

If admins prefer that their users do not have access to the Subscriptions Management, this permission can be easily revoked through app permissions.

Profile Picture Crop

You can now easily crop and adjust your profile photo for the perfect fit on your profile page.

Bug Fixes:

We have fixed a character limitation issue in the password fields on set-password and signup pages. The blank screen issue that occurred when admins login to the Client-portal has also been resolved.
