What’s New?
New features have been added to the Transactions, Subscriptions, and Orders CSV files for improved functionality and ease of use.
For the Transactions CSV, the following attributes have been added: Payment Method, Currency, Sub-total, Discount, Total Tax Amount, Late Fees, Tip Amount, Coupon Code, Refund Status, Refund Amount, Refund Date, Tax Name, and Tax Amount.
The Subscriptions CSV now incorporates the following additions: Subscription Start, Subscription End, Number of Trial Days, Trial Start, Trial End, Cancelled At, Payment Method, Currency, Sub total, Discount, Total Tax Amount, Coupon code, Total products, Line item Name, Line item Quantity, Line item Price, Line item Discount, Line item Subtotal, Line item Product ID, Tax Name, and Tax Amount.
For the Orders CSV, the updates include: Currency, Sub-total, Total Tax Amount, Tax Name, and Tax Amount.
In addition, the field name ‘Amount’ has been updated to ‘Total’ in all three exports to maintain a universally accepted naming convention. The currency symbols from the ‘Amount’ field have been removed to ensure purely numeric values. This is complemented with a ‘Currency’ field in all exports to facilitate easier reconciliation.
How to View The Changes?
The changes can be accessed by navigating to Payments > Transactions > Download Icon, Payments > Subscriptions > Download Icon, and Payments > Orders > Download Icon respectively.
What’s Next?
There are plans for regular updates to the CSV exports as new features are released. This is to ensure that the CSV exports remain in sync with the features that are released and are continuously updated.
