View WhatsApp Template Insights:
1. Navigate to Settings > WhatsApp > Templates.
2. Search for the template and click on Reports.
3. Under Deliverability, view metrics for sent, delivered, and read counts for the chosen template.
View Button Click Analytics:
Available for templates categorized as MARKETING or UTILITY.
1. Navigate to Settings > WhatsApp > Templates, search for the template, and click on Reports.
2. Click on Button Clicks to see how frequently URL or Quick Reply buttons were pressed by recipients.
Statuses and their Meanings:
Sent: Messages sent to the recipient (one tick).
Delivered: Messages delivered to the recipient’s device (two ticks).
Read: Messages read by the recipient (blue tick).
