Chat Widget is now offering enhanced user experience with exceptional support based on business office hours in the live chat.
🤩 Wondering how it works?

- Navigate to Sites > Chat Widget.
- Select the option of Live chat for the chat widget type.
- In the chat widget settings, go to the Chat Window tab to find the Business Office Hour Setup option.
- Enhance your out-of-office interaction using the Outside Office Hours Welcome Message option. The default message indicates – We are currently offline.
- Add multiple time slots with no overlapping from Sunday to Saturday.
- Enjoy flexibility; duplicate time settings to any days, even set multiple selections. The same functionality as in Calendar availability has been integrated for convenience.
- The timezone will correspond to the business’ actual location.
😇🤩 If the Business Office Hours is activated and suits the end-user’s timezone, the welcome message from the Live Chat Welcome Message field will display. To get in touch during outside office hours, a contact form will be presented to the end user.
Once filled out and submitted, the live chat will automatically conclude.
