What’s New?
Expanded Column View: The column view has been expanded. You could only see 3 columns (such as name, email) previously. Now, you have visibility to all the columns of the form submissions.
Dynamic Columns: Connectly now allows users to select, deselect, and reorder the columns. This enables the data to be viewed according to your preferred order.
Copy Functionality: Connectly now offers the ability for users to copy phone numbers, emails, and even redirect to URLs directly from the table.
How to Use?
– To access this feature, simply navigate to Sites > Forms > Submissions
– To view individual submission, click on the expand icon(in red). You can also download that submission in PDF format by clicking on the download icon(in green).
– Choose form submissions to download (in CSV format) or delete entries.
– Modify your table view by clicking on ‘manage columns’ and selecting/deselecting fields for columns.
– Use the ‘Export’ button to export all form submissions in CSV format.
– Adjust the column width in the table view by expanding the edges.
Coming Soon:
Sorting: Connectly is currently developing a feature to allow users to sort submissions based on various fields.
Advanced Filters: Work is in progress to introduce advanced filters. This will enable applying logic on fields (for example, filter by specific criteria) making it easier for users to manage and analyze submissions.
