Expanded Payment Methods for Stripe-Using Businesses Boosts Conversions

Connectly has released a new set of features for the benefit of business users. These users can now offer additional payment methods across a multitude of channels to their customers. These channels can include order forms, forms, invoices, payment links, and online stores.

Please note that these features are currently only available for businesses that are using Stripe as their payment provider. This allows businesses to increase their conversations by providing a myriad of payment options, thereby enabling end customers across different geographical locations to enjoy more flexibility in their payment preferences.

The additional payment methods supported include:

  • IDeal – a popular method in the Netherlands.

  • Bancontact – a commonly used payment method in Belgium.

  • Sepa Direct Debit – a common payment method within the European Union.

All order and transaction details will be documented under the ‘Payments’ menu, the same way credit card payments are. The existing ‘Order Submitted’ and ‘Payment received’ triggers will continue to function as per usual.

Kindly note that this is part of a migratory change from Stripe’s end that requires a few days to propagate to all accounts. Thus, while some accounts may already have this feature enabled, others may still be in the pipeline.
