Also, we require a lot of information from you to set up an account, so you need to feel that this step to apply is just as valuable as the features you will receive.
Yes, while we give you all of the features, we don’t set anything up for you.
These three features are integral to a successful account setup, and we do these in your first week of the paid service.
Our paid plans include a full account setup including all core settings.
Our paid plans include a guided walkthrough of all integrations, as well as PDF guides for any integrations that aren’t able to be set up.
Our paid plans include the setup of up to 10 automations from internal and external sources.
What’s the catch?
There isn’t one, except the differences outlined above.
BUT…. We don’t accept everyone into a free trial, or even a paid service. We won’t accept your application if:
1) You’re not a business.
2) You’re not discoverable on your state business registry.
3) You don’t give us the information we need to set up your account.
4) You don’t meet the requirements of using the software.
But we will let you know if any of these are applicable to your application, giving you the opportunity to fix your application if needed.
