đ Whatâs New?
– We’ve relocated the Facebook page selector from the top left corner to a location within the main campaign builder flow, situated above the objective section.
– Positioned next to the Facebook page selector, there’s an option available to select the Instagram account a publisher wishes to use.
– An Instagram tab will be incorporated in the preview section to visually demonstrate what the ad will look like on Instagram Feed, Story, and Reels.
đ· How It Works:
1. Proceed to the Ad Manager home page.
2. Select “Create Campaign” and choose Meta Ad Campaign.
3. Opt for a Facebook Page (the default one is pre-selected but this can be modified).
4. Choose an Instagram Account for the purpose of publishing ads:
– In cases where no Instagram account is linked, choose “Use Facebook Page” (your ad will utilize the Facebook pageâs name, profile picture, and particulars).
– Should there be a linked Instagram account, this will auto-selected for the purpose of publishing.
5. Under Manual Placement, opt for the Instagram placements where you’d like your ad to be displayed.
– Should Auto Placement be enabled, all Instagram placements will be chosen.
6. Include Ad Text, Media, Budget, Audience, and other particulars to view the ad preview.
7. Select “Publish” to launch your campaign across Facebook and Instagram.
8. Instagram ad performance metrics will be accessible in Connectly Ad Manager shortly following the commencement of your ads. These ads will utilize the same Statistics section as Facebook ads.
đ§Why This Feature?
– Enables effortless Instagram ad creation directly within the Ad Manager.
– Offers flexibility in choosing whether to opt for Instagram placements or usage of Facebook Page details when there’s no linked Instagram account.
– Streamlines the ad setup process and enhances ad reach across different platforms.
– Boosts campaign performance by leveraging both Facebook and Instagram audiences.
đNotes:
1. It’s possible to connect only a single Instagram account to a Facebook page at any given time. Users are required to delink any pre-existing connections from the Meta platform in order to connect a different account.
2. The procedure for linking and delinking an Instagram account with a Facebook page is carried out on the Meta platform.
