- Permit users to respond promptly with predefined options, boosting engagement and the flow of the conversation. This allows customers to respond without having to type.
Visit Website:
- Redirect users to your website with a single click, enhancing traffic and boosting conversion rates.
Personalized Website Links:
- Leverage dynamic “Visit Website” buttons to personalize links for each customer, offering a unique experience and increasing engagement.
- Add a variable to create a customized link for the customer to view their information. Just one variable can be added to the end of a URL.
Call Phone Number:
- Provide an avenue for users to call a specific phone number straight from the message, enabling immediate communication and support.
Copy Offer Code:
- Enable users to simply copy promotional codes or offer specifics, making it easier for them to redeem offers.

How to Configure CTA Buttons and Text Formatting:
- Navigate to Settings > WhatsApp > Templates
- Create Template > Add Button
