  • Permit users to respond promptly with predefined options, boosting engagement and the flow of the conversation. This allows customers to respond without having to type.

Visit Website:

  • Redirect users to your website with a single click, enhancing traffic and boosting conversion rates.

Personalized Website Links:

  • Leverage dynamic “Visit Website” buttons to personalize links for each customer, offering a unique experience and increasing engagement.
  • Add a variable to create a customized link for the customer to view their information. Just one variable can be added to the end of a URL.

Call Phone Number:

  • Provide an avenue for users to call a specific phone number straight from the message, enabling immediate communication and support.

Copy Offer Code:

  • Enable users to simply copy promotional codes or offer specifics, making it easier for them to redeem offers.

Marketing Opt-Out:

  • Give users the choice to unsubscribe from marketing messages easily, ensuring compliance with WhatsApp rules and enhancing user trust.

Text Formatting:

  • Bold: Highlight key information by making text bold.
  • Italics: Emphasize major points using italicized text.
  • Strikethrough: Display edits or changes by striking through text.

How to Configure CTA Buttons and Text Formatting:

  1. Navigate to Settings > WhatsApp > Templates
  2. Create Template > Add Button
  3. Select the type of CTA button you want to add: Quick Reply, Visit Website, Personalized Website Link, Call Phone Number, Copy Offer Code, or Marketing Opt-Out.
