We’re thrilled to announce the commencement of Advanced Filters and Smart List features in workflows! These dynamic tools enable you to filter workflows with various criteria and store the results as custom views for effortless access later.
How it Works
Advanced Filters
- Navigate to the Automations tab to view your workflow list.
- Click on “Advanced Filters” to start incorporating filters.
- Pick your preferred filter, select an operator, and establish the value.
- Add numerous filters by clicking on “+And” for an “And” condition or “+ Add Filter” for an “Or” condition.
- Click “Apply” to turn on the filters and observe the filtered outcomes.
Smart List
- Once filters are pressed, you’ll see the “Save” button implying unsaved alterations.
- Click “Save” and pick “Save as New Smart List” to build a new list, or select “Discard Changes” to reset the filters.
- The new Smart List will manifest as a new tab next to the “Needs Review” tab.
- You can also craft a Smart List from scratch by clicking “+ Smart List”, adding filters, and pressing “Save”.
- To remove a Smart List, click on “Customize List” and pick “Delete”.
- If there are multiple smart lists, click on the “more” icon to browse through all the generated Smart Lists.
Use Cases
- You wish to view all the workflows that are utilizing the action “Email”.
- You aim to assemble a Smart List of workflows that are using any distinct tags.
- You desire to prepare a Smart List of workflows that contain the “Customer Replied” trigger.
