T2 – New Feature
We’re delighted to announce that we have rolled out new pricing plans for the Ad Manager, replacing the existing ‘Default Ad Manager’ and ‘Connect-Your-Own Meta BM’ packages. With these updated pricing plans, all sub-accounts must have their own Meta Business Manager and accompanying ad accounts, that can effortlessly interface with the Connectly Ad Manager to launch ad campaigns smoothly.

What’s New?
- New pricing plans have been rolled out, replacing the old ones, in order to align with the needs of the user. We’ve received feedback advocating for simplified and standard pricing models.
- Three plans have been rolled out: Standard, Utility, and Founder’s Offer. These are priced at $10/sub-account/month for the agency, $97/month for unlimited sub-accounts, and $970/year for unlimited sub-accounts, respectively.
- The Standard Plan is a basic package. Even if the agency hasn’t set up Ad Manager’s resale, a sub-account can subscribe to the Ad Manager by paying the agency $29/month. The agency will profit $19 while Connectly will receive $10 per sub-account.
- The Utility Plan costs the agency $97/month for unlimited campaigns spread across sub-accounts. The agency sets a price for sub-accounts to use the Ad Manager, retaining all charges as profit, without any additional payment to Connectly.
- The Founder’s Offer plan costs the agency $970/year for unrestricted campaigns across sub-accounts with Ad Manager access. The agency sets a standard monthly fee for sub-accounts, pocketing all payments as profit, without any further fees owned to Connectly.
How It Works:
- Go to Agency View
- Go to the Reselling option in the sidebar menu
- In the core service, scroll down. On the right-hand side is the Ad Manager option
- All agencies have the standard plan chosen by default but can choose to upgrade to a different pricing plan by making necessary payments.
- By choosing to upgrade to the Utility or Founder’s Offer plan, a pay wall appears depending on your preferred payment option; either $97/month or $970/year, respectively. Your card details are required to process this payment to Connectly.
- The next step is to structure your resale offer. The standard price is set at $29 for the standard plan and $30 for the other two, although the agency can adjust this price.
- At the sub-account level, the user will pay the amount set by the agency to use the Ad Manager.
Why it Matters:
- This change has been incredibly welcomed by agencies since it provides a simple and easy-to-understand pricing structure.
- Such a change boosts user adoption, as agencies aren’t hindered by having to first select a plan and set a resale value before the sub-account can use the Ad Manager thanks to the Standard plan being the default pricing plan.
Notes:
- The existing functionality of child BM creation for each sub-account using the Ad Manager via the ‘Default Ad Manager’ plan will be discontinued.
- While a plan can be upgraded from standard to utility or standard to founder’s, it can’t be downgraded at this time.
- Once the agency sets a price for a sub-account to use the Ad Manager and they subscribe to it, the price can’t be changed for that sub-account. However, the price for new sub-accounts can be adjusted. Existing sub-accounts will continue to pay the price they initially agreed upon.
- If the agency opts for the standard plan and wants to provide Ad Manager free of charge to any sub-account, an amount of $10 will still be charged to the agency by Connectly.
Special Note:
There’s an important update on the migration of active ‘Default Ad Manager’ users to a $29 plan:
- As part of this release, the final phase involves migrating existing ‘Default Ad Manager’ users to the new pricing plan. The implementation for this is detailed as follows-
- All existing agencies currently on the ‘Default Ad Manager’ will be moved to the “Standard Plan” of Ad Manager first. When an agency decides to resell ad manager, they can choose a plan suitable for their sub-accounts who haven’t yet subscribed.
- All sub-accounts currently with active campaigns running with Connectly Ad Manager will be given a complimentary $29 plan until the
