Accompanied by this release, client portal owners have the ability to effortlessly regulate the email notifications they send from various child apps within the Client Portal. This connotes that client portal owners can determine which categories of emails they wish to transmit, bestowing upon them amplified command over their inbox. Instead of feeling overpowered by unneeded notifications, clients can now choose to deliver only the most pertinent ones.

How to Use?:

  • This setting is activated for the places and client portal owners granted access to either Communities or Certificates
  • Navigate to Sites -> Client Portal -> Settings -> Email Settings
  • Dependent on your permission to access specific child apps (Communities, Certificates, etc.), you will encounter options to turn on or turn off email notifications for each corresponding child app.
  • Modify your preferences as required, based on location and the specific child apps you can access.
