New Feature Aids in Uninterrupted UK Messaging Service Verification

Introducing a new feature to help Connectly users maintain consistent messaging services for UK-based numbers.

💡 What’s New?

We are introducing a banner that will be displayed on the Phone Numbers page under Sub-Account View > Settings > Phone Numbers > Manage Numbers. This banner will emphasize any upcoming UK KYC registrations for sub-accounts that have at least one unverified UK phone number.

Who Will See the Banner?

Sub-accounts in LC Phone with at least one unverified UK phone number (not linked to an approved regulatory bundle) will see this banner. The banner will continue to be displayed until the registration is complete or until 31st December 2024, whichever comes first.

Why This Update?

We created this banner to raise awareness about upcoming UK KYC registrations to ensure all sub-accounts meet the compliance deadline.
