鈴革笍 Avoid paying for Phone Numbers when Pausing or Deleting your sub-account
With an option to pause or delete a sub-account under the ‘Manage Client’ option in ‘Sub-Accounts’, a new checkbox will now allow all linked Phone Numbers and A2P campaigns to be deleted. This feature will prove beneficial for customers who wish to avoid Phone Number charges while their account is on pause or has been deleted.

– Sub-Account Delete Connection – A ‘Delete Connection’ feature on the Phone Integration page allows for the deletion of numbers, A2P for a location and their disconnection from a Telephony System. This is now available for accounts that have had their Telephony System account suspended, thereby allowing them to be assigned a new account for messaging and calling.
