What is the update?
At Connectly, we constantly strive to improve our platform and inform our users about our latest features. Our goal is to enhance user experience by increasing the visibility and accessibility of our features.
How to use?
Users will notice a new option in the top bar labeled ‘What’s New – Automation Updates’. Upon clicking, a catalog of our newly released features will be displayed and users can click on these to view a brief summary of each.
Upon opening a feature’s summary, the users have two options. They can either choose to click on ‘Let’s get started’ which will prompt the system to remove the feature from the catalog and redirect them to it. Alternatively, users can select ‘Don’t show again’, which simply removes the feature from the catalog list.
If available, there is a ‘Learn More’ button attached to each feature, which will redirect users to a support document providing further information about that specific feature.

With this update, we aim to immediately inform our users about any new and exciting feature updates. We believe this will not only enhance their overall experience but also increase the discoverability and adoption of our features.
