With this new enhancement, you can design and implement predefined message templates, referred to as snippets, in your WhatsApp Workflow automations. This new feature provides a way for you to optimize responses, boost productivity and maintain consistent communication with your customers.
👀 What’s New?
- No Meta Approval Required: Snippets don’t need Meta’s approval unlike WhatsApp Marketing and Utility Templates. This gives you the freedom to create and alter your messages instantly. You can modify the full text in a snippet, removing the need for the approval process that is required for templates where only the variables can be tweaked.
- Send Unlimited Snippets Within the 24-Hour Customer Service Window: Once a customer sends a message, a service conversation starts for 24 hours. During this time, you can send an unlimited number of snippets without incurring additional charges.
- First 1,000 Service Conversations Free Each Month: You can fully utilize this feature, since the first 1,000 service conversations each month come at no cost. This can significantly help you save while improving communication.
- Send Snippets via Workflows: You now have the ability to add WhatsApp message snippets to your automated workflows. This feature allows you to send ready-made responses or promotional messages via the WhatsApp channel.
- Predefined Templates for Quick Responses: Snippets provide you with the ability to craft templates for frequently used message, making it easier to send regular replies, promotional content, or any routine communication swiftly.
- Customizable Snippets with Dynamic Content: Boost the effectiveness of your snippets by including custom values or trigger links. This ensures the messages are personalized for each recipient.

Utilizing snippets within a WhatsApp service conversation allows you to send limitless messages within a 24-hour window from the last received message. Therefore, you only incur messaging costs once per 24-hour period, irrespective of the number of snippets sent. In addition, the first 1,000 service windows each month are completely free of charge, maximizing cost-effectiveness.
