What’s New?
1. A new Subscription tab has been launched under Ad Manager settings to provide a space for viewing subscription details and managing the Ad Manager subscription cancelation procedure.
2. There is now an option to cancel the Ad Manager monthly subscription for a sub-account directly in the user interface under Ad Manager settings.
3. A feedback collection process has been implemented to gather critical insights concerning aspects of sub-account Ad Manager operations that may not be functioning optimally.
How It Works:
– Subscription details for the Ad Manager can be viewed under ‘Ad Manager settings’ by clicking the gear icon in the top right of the Ad Manager home screen.
– A designated Subscription tab displays pertinent information such as monthly charges and Subscription ID as well as offering an option for the sub-account to cancel its subscription.
– Upon clicking the ‘Cancel Subscription’ button, a dialogue box will appear for the user to provide feedback on the issues leading up to the cancelation of the Ad Manager subscription.
– In the event of a successful or unsuccessful cancelation attempt, corresponding dialogue boxes will be presented.
Why it Matters:
– This feature allows for a streamlined cancelation process for customers no longer wishing to maintain their monthly Ad Manager subscription.
– The ability to initiate a subscription cancelation process within the product settings can significantly reduce the end user’s wait time by eliminating the need to wait for ticket responses.
Notes:
– For situations in which a user has launched a campaign currently under review by the publishing platform, the user will not have the capability to unsubscribe or cancel the subscription. An error dialogue containing this message will be displayed.
– In the unlikely event that a user encounters an issue canceling their subscription resulting in a failure dialogue, the user will be instructed to submit a ticket to the support team.
