We are thrilled to announce the deployment of a new pricing model in our App Marketplace – One-time pricing model.
Why is this feature important?
In the third quarter, we will be launching multiple asset-heavy modules in the marketplace – Snapshots and Widgets. Once these modules are installed, they cannot be reversed. Thus, a one-time pricing model is crucial for the success of Snapshots and Widgets modules in the App Marketplace.
What is new?
- Developers are now able to configure one-time pricing plans while creating apps.
- For apps of Agency & Sub-account distribution-type, where agencies can bulk-install across their sub-accounts, developers are offered the flexibility to set different pricing for agency and per sub-account.
- We have added new filters on pricing to facilitate app discovery based on pricing models.
- Users can now install apps by paying a one-time fee.
