What’s New?
At Connectly, we’ve rolled out a new Template Library feature that can be found in the Docs and Contracts sections of our platform. This latest update allows users to access a collection of pre-made templates for often-used documents, increasing the speed of document creation and aiding in sending documents more quickly.
How to Use?
To utilize this feature, begin by navigating to either the Docs or Contracts section. Upon arrival, select ‘New’ and then choose ‘Import from Template Library’. From here, you can choose a template from the choices provided.
Once chosen, the document builder will open with your selected template already loaded, ready for customization. Here you can add a primary recipient and make any necessary changes to the document. When your document is finalized and ready for delivery, simply hit ‘Send’.
Additionally, you can create custom templates for regularly used documents which can be uploaded to the template library, allowing for future use and faster document production.
Why We Built It?
We developed the Template Library to streamline the document creation process for our users. Many users were finding they spent vast portions of their time creating standard documents from scratch, a process which inhibited productivity. Our lending hand in the form of pre-made templates aims to alleviate this problem, further enhancing the Connectly experience.
