– Users can now access a collection of ready-made templates for common documents.
– This feature accelerates the process of document creation, which enables users to send documents more quickly.
How to Use?
– Navigate to the Docs or Contracts section.
– Click on ‘New’ and then select ‘Import from Template Library’.
– Pick from the range of available templates.
– The document builder will launch, with your chosen template preloaded.
– You can enter a primary recipient and perform any necessary modifications to the document.
– Send the document when all modifications have been made and it is ready for dispatch.
– You can also construct your own custom templates and upload them to the template library for future use.
Why We Built It?
– Connectly developed the Template Library to streamline the process of creating and dispatching documents.
– A significant number of users were spending unnecessary time creating standard documents from scratch, which was a delay we wanted to eliminate.
