Introducing New Troubleshoot Feature and Enhancements for Facebook Integration
We are proud to introduce a new Troubleshoot feature in our Facebook integration. In addition to this, there are several enhancements formulated to make the use of Facebook features on Connectly more developed and comprehensive.
User Interface Enhancements on Facebook Integration Card:
- The Settings and Disconnect buttons are now situated in a three-dot menu to reduce clutter and streamline the integration view.
- Integration would now prompt a warning icon if the Forms are not mapped. The warning icon is accompanied by a redirection link to Facebook Form Field Mapping for smooth navigation.
- If there are any missing permissions, a warning icon will trigger on the integration to notify users to ‘Troubleshoot’ their connection.
- Troubleshoot option has been incorporated to resolve missing permissions and other issues related to Facebook integration. This includes backing Sync leads for multiple Facebook Pages.
Troubleshoot:
The Troubleshoot flow is designed as follows: Sub-account >> Integration >> Facebook integration card >> Troubleshoot
Missing Permissions:
- Users can view which permissions have been disabled and understand the impact of these disabled permissions on the integration features.
Missing Pages:
- If some pages are not visible to select, there is a link to a Facebook document for guidance on resolving the issue.
Sync Leads:
- The sync leads feature will now process Facebook Leads for all mapped forms, across all pages of the sub-account.
- Users can select the duration for the sync of Facebook Form Leads from a dropdown menu for their convenience.
- Before the final initiation of sync leads, users will be shown a modal displaying all the information associated with the sync leads action.
