We’re thrilled to present the Opportunity Card Customization feature
This new feature lets Connectly users tailor the information shown on their opportunity cards in the pipeline view. You can select up to 7 fields, modify counters, and choose from two different card layouts, all with the goal of enhancing and refining your workflow.
What’s New?
- Field Customization: Connectly users can choose up to 7 fields (standard or custom) for display on Opportunity Cards. This includes details like Opportunity Name, Status, Value, and Contact Information.
- Pipeline-Level Customization: By default, customizations are implemented at the pipeline level. However, there’s also an option to apply these changes to all pipelines across locations with multiple pipelines.
- Customizable Quick Actions: Connectly users can alter the counters/icons for features like Conversations, Tasks, Notes, Tags, Calls, and Appointments, which are displayed at the bottom of the card.
- Two Layout Options: Users can select between a Default View (which displays field labels and values) or a Compact View (which shows only values, with labels available on hover). The compact view maximises space by showing up to two values per row.
- Real-Time Preview: A real-time preview feature lets users see their card as they personalize it.
How to Use?
- Open Opportunities and Access Customization: Navigate to the Opportunities section and click on “Manage Fields”.
- Select Fields and Customize Counters: Select up to 7 fields (standard, custom, or associated) to be displayed on the card. Customize the icons for Conversations, Tasks, Notes, Calls, Tags, and Appointments.
- Choose Layout: Choose between the Default View or the Compact View as per your preference.
- Save Changes: Save your custom changes. Remember, you have the option to apply these changes to all your pipelines.
