What is the Problem?
The issue being addressed concerns the confusion experienced by the user due to the noted workflow being executed but conversions still failing to display on Google.
What Actions Have Been Taken?
We have implemented a fix, which was thoroughly tested on several locations initially. Following satisfactory results, the decision was made to reduce the schedule for ad word uploads from 24 hours to a significantly shorter 5-minute interval for all locations.
Why is this Significant?
With this change, the time lapse between workflow execution and conversion upload is now limited to approximately 10 mins. Users should expect to see their conversions on Google once the upload has completed. This adjustment serves to not only decrease the number of tickets in this area, but also to prevent any potential issues that arise from account switching in integration.
