Rescheduled Appointments Now Easily Identifiable with New Tag Feature

What’s New?

We’ve introduced a new tag feature in Connectly that allows users to easily identify rescheduled appointments. Now, whenever an appointment is rescheduled, a special “Rescheduled” tag will appear in both the appointment list view and the appointment modal. In addition, the previous date and time of the appointment will also be displayed in the modal, helping our users to stay informed and take any necessary actions.

Key Updates

Rescheduled Tag: We’ve updated the appointment list view and modal in Connectly to now highlight rescheduled appointments.

Appointment Data: A new “is rescheduled” field has been added to the appointment data. This new feature will serve several uses:

  • Highlight Rescheduled Appointments: Our aim is to make sure that appointments that have been rescheduled are easily identifiable in the system.
  • Support Reporting: We want our users to be able to track and analyze the number of rescheduled appointments. We’ll be rolling out this feature soon.
  • Assist Workflow Automations: We’re working on helping users to configure “if/else” conditions for rescheduled appointments in their workflows. Stay tuned for this update.
