Revamped Social Planner Interface for Enhanced User Experience

We’re thrilled to unveil the brand new user interface for Social Planner!

What’s New?

We are introducing a better, improved user interface to provide users with an enhanced experience. This new layout impacts the Settings of Social Planner, including elements like Integrations, Notifications, Watermark and Category.

Considering the growth of Social Planner in terms of social channels, we noticed that users were having to scroll excessively in order to locate expired or to connect new social channels.

A few other improvements include the feature to create a new category with better tags and pagination, as well as rendering the watermark image in the list view. These changes contribute to superior organization and improved user interface of our Social Planner.

We are confident that these updates will be highly beneficial for all Social Planner users. Many agencies have reported issues with their scheduled content, oftentimes not getting published due to social account expiry, posts not getting approved or failing for various different reasons. We believe these enhancements will effectively counter these issues.
