⭐ Prior Challenge: Previously, our users didn’t have an automated way to divide contacts based on their interaction with email campaigns. This posed difficulties when attempting to send personalized messages to active users or formulate campaigns to reengage those at risk of no longer being engaged.
🚀 What’s new?
You now have the luxury of selecting from an array of pre-build contact segments straight from the send or schedule screen. The segments offered include:
- Contacts who showed involvement within the past week, month or two months.
- Contacts who interacted with your five most recent email campaigns.
- Contacts who didn’t interact with your five most recent email campaigns.
Involvement is considered as contacts who opened or clicked on an email sent through workflows, bulk actions or email marketing campaigns.

- Targeted Messaging: Dispatch more applicable content to highly involved contacts.
- Client Retention: Build independent campaigns to reengage customers facing the risk of losing engagement.
- Cost Efficiency: Steer clear of dissipating resources by refraining from sending emails to disengaged users.
👷 How to Make Use Of It:
- Surf to Email Marketing → Campaigns.
- Construct a campaign and move on to the send or schedule screen.
- In the recipient list, choose “Pre-Built Segments”.
- From the options provided, choose your preferred segment.
- Dispatch or schedule your email.
💡 Keep in mind – Segmentation occurs at the moment of scheduling, not while executing. In the future, we do plan to support real-time updates of the segments.
