What’s New?
All users who utilize Wave for accounting can now begin syncing their invoices from Connectly to Wave. Within the integration settings, you can connect Wave and select an account to sync your invoices. Once this process is saved, new or modified invoices created within Connectly will begin syncing to Wave, eliminating the need to manually duplicate invoices on Wave.
Note: Currently, changes to the status of an invoice (i.e., paid, partially paid, etc.) cannot be synced as Wave does not offer a synchronization option for statuses at this time. Until further updates, users will have to manually adjust the statuses.
How to Use?
- Navigate to Settings -> Integrations -> Wave.
- Select manage and enter your Wave credentials.
- Grant access to enable a one-way sync of invoices created on Connectly to Wave.
- Select the account where you want to sync the invoices and click on save.
- Once this process is completed, any new invoice created on Connectly will begin syncing to Wave.
Why We Built This?
This feature was developed for users who utilize Wave for their accounting processes, and serves to create a more efficient workflow from lead to payment within Connectly, as well as to save users the effort of duplicating invoices on Wave.
