We are excited to announce the introduction of WhatsApp Channel Support in Conversational AI Subaccount. This development means that all features of Conversational AI are now accessible for WhatsApp, supplying a smooth and potent means to interact with your audience on the application.

How It Works:

– Begin by navigating to Settings > Conversational AI.
– Activate WhatsApp as a channel your Conversational AI bots can support.
– Once the setup is complete, all your conversations can be conveniently held on WhatsApp!

Prerequisites:

This tool requires that the WhatsApp integration be established and active in your profile to be used.

Note: All pre-existing tools of Conversational AI in a subaccount are now completely operational for the WhatsApp channel as well.
