WhatsApp Channel Support in Conversational AI Subaccount Enabled

What’s New?

We are excited to announce the addition of WhatsApp Channel Support in Connectly’s Conversational AI Subaccount. This update brings all features of the Conversational AI to WhatsApp, marking a significant step towards better audience engagement on the platform.

How It Works:

  • Go to Settings > Conversational AI within the Connectly platform.
  • Activate WhatsApp as a supported channel for your Conversational AI tools.
  • Once set up, WhatsApp can be used for all your conversational needs!

Prerequisites:

You must have an active WhatsApp integration in your account to use this feature.

Note: All previous features of the Conversational AI in a subaccount are now fully operational and available for the WhatsApp channel as well.
