What’s New?
We are excited to announce the addition of WhatsApp Channel Support in Connectly’s Conversational AI Subaccount. This update brings all features of the Conversational AI to WhatsApp, marking a significant step towards better audience engagement on the platform.
How It Works:
- Go to Settings > Conversational AI within the Connectly platform.
- Activate WhatsApp as a supported channel for your Conversational AI tools.
- Once set up, WhatsApp can be used for all your conversational needs!
Prerequisites:
You must have an active WhatsApp integration in your account to use this feature.
Note: All previous features of the Conversational AI in a subaccount are now fully operational and available for the WhatsApp channel as well.
