We are excited to introduce WhatsApp Channel Support in our Conversational AI Subaccount. This enhancement now enables all aspects of Conversational AI for WhatsApp, offering a seamless and potent way for you to engage with your audience on this platform.
How It Works:
- Navigate to Settings > Conversational AI.
- Enable WhatsApp as a supported channel for your Conversational AI bots.
- After it’s configured, WhatsApp can be used for all conversations!
Prerequisites:
You must have an active WhatsApp integration set up in your account to utilise this feature.
Note: All pre-existing features of a Conversational AI subaccount are now fully functional and enabled for the WhatsApp channel too.
