WhatsApp Channel Support in Conversational AI Subaccount Enhanced

What’s New?

We are excited to introduce WhatsApp Channel Support in our Conversational AI Subaccount. This enhancement now enables all aspects of Conversational AI for WhatsApp, offering a seamless and potent way for you to engage with your audience on this platform.

How It Works:

  • Navigate to Settings > Conversational AI.
  • Enable WhatsApp as a supported channel for your Conversational AI bots.
  • After it’s configured, WhatsApp can be used for all conversations!

Prerequisites:

You must have an active WhatsApp integration set up in your account to utilise this feature.

Note: All pre-existing features of a Conversational AI subaccount are now fully functional and enabled for the WhatsApp channel too.
