We are thrilled to announce the roll out of our most recent feature: WhatsApp Contact Name Pre-Fill.
👀 What’s New?
When an unfamiliar contact interacts with your business via WhatsApp, their contact name will now automatically be pre-filled using the name from their WhatsApp profile. This includes both their given name and surname, assuming the contact has not already been saved in your CRM.
👷 How It Works:
When an inbound message is received from an unknown contact on WhatsApp, their first and last names are auto-populated in your CRM, optimizing your contact management process.
✨ Enhancement
A new WhatsApp onboarding screen and accompanying white label support article have been added to improve the WhatsApp onboarding experience.
