We’ve launched a new functionality allowing users to send review requests via WhatsApp right from the Reputation Management tool. This innovation unlocks an additional, personal mode to collect customer feedback conveniently.

1. WhatsApp Review Requests: Dispatch review requests through WhatsApp to your customers.

2. Custom Templates: Generate and control pre-approved WhatsApp Review Request Templates for your organization.
3. Versatile Sending Options: Dispatch review requests individually, in mass quantities, or via automated workflows.

How to Use This Feature:

Step: 1 Establish WhatsApp Integration:

  • Proceed to Settings → WhatsApp, confirm your WhatsApp Business number, and subscribe if you haven’t already.
  • Examine the connection to guarantee successful messaging.

Step 2: Formulate Your Template:

  • Head to Reputation → Settings → Review Request WhatsApp.
  • Personalize your message template with malleable placeholders and call-to-action links.
  • Propose for Meta approval (generally takes ~1-2 minutes).

Dispatch Review Requests:

  • Single Requests: Forward to individual customers from the Reviews section.
  • Bulk Requests: Import a customer list (CSV format), arrange the fields, and dispatch en masse.
  • Workflow Automation: Utilize workflows to automatically stimulate WhatsApp review requests grounded on specific incidents (for instance, post-purchase).
