WhatsApp Workflow Statistics Providing Comprehensive Insights

WhatsApp: Workflow Statistics

We are thrilled to introduce the WhatsApp Statistics feature for Workflows. This comprehensive tool offers insights into the performance of WhatsApp actions. It aids users in tracking the efficacy of their WhatsApp communication by presenting detailed breakdowns of message statuses within workflows.

πŸ‘€ What’s New?

Total Messages Sent: See the total number of WhatsApp messages initiated by the chosen workflow action.

Pending Messages: Keep tabs on messages waiting to be triggered.

Successfully Sent Messages: Observe messages that have reached their recipients (marked by a single tick on WhatsApp).

Delivered Messages: Monitor those messages that have been received on the recipient’s device (double ticks on WhatsApp).

Messages Read by Customers: Verify which messages have been opened by recipients (blue ticks on WhatsApp).

Failed WhatsApp Messages: See which messages encountered issues, whether due to lack of WhatsApp availability, problematic templates, or hitting per-user marketing limits.

πŸ› οΈ Why This Matters:

The introduction of this new statistics feature lets you delve into the delivery and interaction statuses of your WhatsApp messages.
